1. Services
Digitalnob provides web development, ecommerce, SEO, custom software, and related digital services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
2. Proposals & Payment
Each project is scoped and quoted individually. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are defined in the project proposal agreed upon before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom work product transfers to the client, except for third-party libraries, tools, or pre-existing components that remain under their respective licenses.
4. Warranties
We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, sales figures, or business outcomes.
